self returning food trays

Setting aside the fact that asian dishes are messier in nature, we should be focusing on developing simple civility.

Some ppl do bother with simple things like picking up their shells/bones & putting everything into the main bowl. Makes cleaning up easier for the aunties. Others, walk away and leave behind all their bones (bak kuh teh) or prawn shells in a sticky wet pile, for the aunties to plough into their buckets with their rags.

It's the thought that counts. Right now, lots of ppl are just boh chup.

And it goes beyond just table manners. Looking at the state of our public loos, seems like there're plenty of fellers pissing on their own shoes.

singapore unique culture: IF IT'S PUBLIC, mess it up. if it's own private space, then keep it spick and span.

we must learn to outgrow this very self-centred mentality. then again don't forget, we have imported many FTs from the 3rd world countries and along with them they bring in similar bad habits which we are trying to discourage.
