Community Development Council (CDC) vouchers are exclusively distributed to Singaporean households.
To be eligible, at least one registered owner or occupier in the household must be a Singapore Citizen.Because the vouchers are a state-funded cost-of-living benefit, they are not provided to households consisting solely of foreigners, work pass holders, or Permanent Residents.
