Second round of Pofma sanctions for owner of The Online Citizen’s website, social media accounts

The owner of The Online Citizen deserves to be POFMA a second, third etc. time. It appears that he is the attention-seeking type and for those few minutes of online fame, he's willing to risk kena sued.
After the first round of POFMAs, he should have created a new website and/or forum on the dark web that is only accessible via Tor Browser. At the same time he should have stayed away permanently from social media platforms. He should not use the same credentials used for The Online Citizen for the new website and forum.
Websites and forums on the dark web can't be POFMA or taken down by any governments at all, not Pinky, Lawless Wong, Eleven Jinping or Donald Trump.
