Second individual charged with being unregistered property agent

A second individual has been charged with holding himself as a registered property agent.
Raymond Sim Soon Leong, 30, is accused of four counts each of holding himself out as a salesperson for a licensed estate agent and not having a written agreement with the estate agent for him to practise.
He is said to have advertised two Housing Board flats for rental on an online property portal under his name, while describing himself as a sales director of a licensed estate agent.
He allegedly represented clients in making offers, negotiated property transactions directly and conducted flat viewings earlier this year.
