reservist cycle too long.
should cut short to 5/6 cycles or reservist end at 30 yrs old.

do we have the longest reservist period in the world? anyone know Israel, ROC and South Korea reservist period?

I agree that and cutting the number of NS Brigades by 1-1/2 in each of the 3 divisions and removing and paper divisions--see Singapore Army ORBAT on Wikipedia.
