STOMPer Louis was impressed to see Scoot CEO Campbell Wilson taking orders from passengers on board a flight. He feels more senior executives should follow his example.

"Five of us were on Scoot flight TZ301 from Bangkok back to Singapore yesterday night (Oct 8).
"We were pleasantly surprised to see Scoot CEO Campbell Wilson greeting his passengers at the boarding gate.
"While we were in the air, he and another air crew member were pushing a sales cart to take orders from passengers.
"During the whole trip he was always smiling and he was dressed in a Scoot t-shirt and jeans, nothing like a CEO.
"We did not realize he was the CEO until I saw his face in the in-flight magazine.
"It is always good to see senior executives getting their hands dirty and work in the front-line together with their staff."
