These pictures show a North View Secondary School girl in uniform smoking at the staircase in a HDB block before she went to school.

I was browsing through Facebook when I saw these pictures.

They were photos of this female student smoking at a staircase in Block 359 Yishun in the morning before she went to school for lessons.
