Saw this old thread and couldn’t resist adding my two cents. I’m curious how others see the line between someone’s private life and the expectations of a job that works with kids. For me, the real issue is whether any personal content crosses into the school space. If anyone’s still following this, do you think schools should have clearer rules about what counts as a conflict with the job?
