Read the Shitty times this morning on a rainy Saturday. The article mentioned how there is move by our elites - the elite group of public servants known as Admin Officers - those in charge of putting together policies for ministers r now made to do basic ground work to make policies work.
It's a long and boring article so if u got nothing better to do, u can read it. But this means that ALL this time, our policies were shaped by people who don't take MRT or public transport or work in a C class ward in a public hospitals?? Now we know or rather we can cfm our suspicions on the root cause of some of the screwed up public policies.

You don't need to take the MRT in order to craft craft transport policies. All you need is brains and the civil service if full of intelligent people.

Take the Apollo Lunar mission for example the boffins that designed the Saturn Rocket and the lunar landing module hadn't been to the moon but they still did a great job of getting the astronauts there and back numerous times.
