What are the chances of him winning his case of criminal defamation? Also, given the fact that he refused to sign the charge statement, will that worsen his case?

There also seems to be an increasing number of defamation cases in recent months/years. Not sure if it's related to all the hype about tackling and curbing fake news - but botak Terry should know better to post something that seemed too malicious yet claim on hindsight that it's only public opinion and should not be . It's even more ironic in this case because in December last year, botak Terry has mentioned in an interview that he is "ready to go to jail forever".
