New Saudization program
RIYADH: The Ministry of Labor announced Saturday full details of its new Saudization program for private sector companies that classifies firms into one of four categories, each of which are subject to varying visa and appointment privileges or restrictions.
The “Nitaaqat” — “Scopes” – program comes into effect as of June 11, 2011, and classifies companies as Excellent, Green, Yellow and Red, according to their rates of Saudization – now known as “nationalization” in the ministry’s new terminology. Companies are requested to visit the government website: www.mol.gov.sa to verify their category status.
Companies deemed Excellent or Green would be granted the most privileges in visa requests and operations for non-Saudis. Yellow listed companies are given a period of nine months as of June 11 to improve their rate of nationalization before restrictions come into effect, while Red firms are given six months.

Live execution by beheading in Saudi Arabia (video)
Execution of Indonesian woman Ruyati Binti Sapubi by a single stroke of the sword taking the head clean off (June 18 2011). She was charged with using a butcher's cleaver to hack her employer's head and a knife to stab her in the neck after months of "abuse", which culminated in her being refused leave to visit her home. The Indonesians carry out public executions by firing squad and withdrew their ambassador from Saudi Arabia and as of 1 August bans any more citizens from working as maids in that country. The US state of Georgia today filmed the execution by lethal injection of Andrew Grant DeYoung for kiling his family, it is the first US execution to be filmed since a 1992 filming of a gas chamber execution. US executions are among the most secretive in the world although many would like to watch.
About 1.2m Asians work as maids in Saudi Arabia and suffer widely from abuse from their masters, of those about 70% are Indonesian. The Saudi government and courts have a very poor record upholding foreigner's rights.

To those above who commented, what you contributed are all not relevant. This thread is all about the Saudis taking back their country overran by FTs. Now the government under pressure to limit the number of Fts, and not allow companies to get cheap labour as and when they wish. Please do post comments that adds some value to this thread. Thank you.

How do you solve a double whammy problem of an exodus of locals and incessant import of foreigners?

Ps your threads and posts don't contribute anything of value.
