don't ever buy from Saturday club, though its free delivery in spore but the delivery service they use is terrible plus horrible equals to cucumber! suspect they hire outside people to use own vehicle to deliver and if you not home, they just throw your item in your doorstep or if got riser - the cabinet leading to the gas pipes, water pipes and electricity piping, they just dump inside! many people lost their items and when ask for refund or same item deliver again, Saturday club refuse and we lost money. then 1 day, a friend install a cctv and saw the delivery woman - the one I encountered when she was in sengkang to deliver, after ascertain no one at home just walk away with customer item and in friends handphone, it reported item delivered in riser yet after that friend reported item lost not found. seems Saturday is ripping off customer by making sales collecting money and then use this unscrupulous method to take back item if customers not home so they can recycle item make even more profit. all better beware

nowadays very common delivery use 3rd delivery with own van.this is due to high cost.
the practice is when no one is at home to accept, they have bring back the item.
if owner agrees to leave item inside riser, 3 photo is required.
