Excuse me, that is not the right definition for SPB aka Sarong Party Boy. Technically, there is no such thing as a SPB. They are also known as SPG - Sarong Party Guys. A Sarong Party Guy is a local man who likes to date foreign women, particularly white european women, who are normally older than them. Said European women could be married, lonely housewives, or younger tourist, students, or work visa women. There is a high preponderance of Malays as SPGuys. If you go to Bali, the Indonesians have their own version called the Bali Cowboys. The SPGuys are not so much after a marriage for purposes of emigrating as most SPGirls are. Nor is the money part the main motivation, since western european women here generally are not in the same financially superior position as their western male counterparts. Its more for the diffferent viewpoint, sex, different type of body, etc.
