One just got her passport recently while the other had his for a very long time
One could travel outside of her country while the other cannot (and not just because of the system)
One does not know what the Bush Doctrine is. One wrote a letter to President Bush (at least once) but may not have received a reply

Yet one is trying to be the second most powerful person (if her boss dies) while the other can't be powerful at all
