I understand that the local bandwidth for let is the 1800 and 2100. If you check on gsm arena even the normal note 1 can run on lye but frequency is 700

cpu is arm quad core cortex a9 1.6 ghz. gpu is mali 400mp. quite fast. but baseband chipset is half gen behind mdm9615 which is used in iphone 5. :p
