spend more money on Sony RX100, you will not regret it. You pay only $250 more, but you get much better picture quality and the video is amazing.

Dun go for this one. That is my strong recommendation.

I dun think its a fair comparison between the 2, I wouldnt want to spend $950 for a compact camera.

Samsung Galaxy camera is lacking something which I cant figure out what... hahaha...

it is not just any compact camera.
it look like one. it quack like a compact camera, but pls do not compare RX100 to other compact camera.
It has the picture quality better than some low end DSLR.

Go and compare the photos in the web.
It is not just a compact camera, it is the first gadget that look like a compact camera that give you low end DSLR results
So in that sense, it is worth to spend 250 dollars more.

Please do some more research, before you make a mistake.

depend which you like, photo quality or a camera that look retro and cool. Photo quality for RX100.
Cool looking exterior and user friendliness for X10.

ease of use and looks of camera matters to some too
