屏東三軍聯訓基地為期5周「聯勇操演」今天結束，連續2天都有民眾在短暫開放通行時段內撿到步槍實彈及彈匣，擔心流入黑市趕緊送交軍方人員；軍方表示，訓場範圍廣大，為方便當地住戶進出，上午開放20分鐘供居民通行，官兵在野外演訓時不慎掉落彈匣和子彈難免發生，都在掌握中，每天下午演訓結束都有安排搜山勤務，也呼籲民眾勿撿拾。
有居民前天中午路過時在訓場路肩發現1彈匣，內有步槍實彈15發，送至軍方管制點，昨天中午道路開放時又有人撿到2發實彈，另有步槍空彈殼150多發，均送交軍方人員。
三軍聯訓基地政戰主任李欣洋說，前2天實彈演習管制保力山、三台山、虎頭山及赤牛嶺的周邊道路約10平方公里，為方便住戶進出，上午9時50分至10時10分開放通行，民眾發現的彈匣和子彈都在管制的訓場道路內，官兵彈演練攻擊時不慎掉落是演訓過程中可能會發生的狀況，事後也回報，軍方每天下午演訓結束都有安排搜山勤務。
他強調，聯訓基地訓場各道路口都有大型告示，提醒民眾在演訓期間勿撿拾彈殼，尤其是未爆彈，開放道路只是為了民眾進出，更不允許撿拾未爆彈，若發現通報軍方即可，違者可依「槍砲彈藥管制條例」究辦，危險又違法。
