Imuho it is better for pap to lock the 3.8mil in Ms nuru cpf for the life long support.
On the hands of her parents the payout would not last beyond 10 years. If nuru has bros part of it will go into purchasing motorsikal and part of it will goto her dad purchasing 1 car + 1 motorsikal means Total 1 car + x number of motorsikal . Big part of it will goto her parents setting up business and turning it into kosong. The bear learn will goto their leelatives motorsikal and business etc. In 10 years time nuru will have to seek pap financial support.
