I don think so,unless it is a small company.Those big companies with hundredd n thousands of employees n edp all MNC work work together with papigs.They will delay retrenchments after NDP n Erection.

Even during retrenchment and recession, Singaporeans will trust in PAP to rescue them. Everyone knows that oppies only know how to talk, have no track record and they will empty our reserves within a single term. Luckily we still have Madam President to protect our reserves.

Couple of points:

(i) Our stimulus to the economy still pales in comparison to what other countries are doing, even on a per capita basis.

(ii) The G does not believe the economy will recover by year end

(iii) The G still believes they will do well in the election, and they would be right

(iv) The situation in FW dorms will eventually spill out into the general public, putting a dent in how fast they go toward the so-called "New Normal"

(v) Stocks will recover but will drop again going into year end
