hmm...unlike last time now IT support does not command good pay anymore (in some country it's consider the new blue collar) also there r many IT workers from other asian nations that understand english well enough so there is a good supply... if someone want to earn a decent paying support job they might want to consider industrial, transportation, marine, construction engineering...etc
