Yes, the PRCs have not progressed socially as they have done economically. The PRCs are pariahs
swimming in home clothes and underwear is unhygienic. If they are shy, they shd swim in their bathtubs and not pollute the swimming pool with their clothes

Hard to say. It is relevant if you say the pappies have allowed too many tiongs to flood the island and they made a mess. It is irrelevant if you blame the pappies for the bad behaviour of the tiongs. No one, even President Eleven, can tell the tiongs how to behave.
