this chap is like a misguided cannon. Somebody who is sensible and rational close to him ought to counsel or guide him. What he has written is tantamount to libellous without doubt, and although I think he was sincere about what he thinks, he is naive and has been driven over the limit by his own zealousness. TFBH is right - pls stop egging him on.

Even Alex Au, who is more seasoned and knowledgeable on law, is more circumspect in his case.
