STOMPer Basset was disgusted when he found this dead cockroach in his roti prata.

In an email to STOMP today (Aug 20), the STOMPer says:

“On Aug 19, I went to Madinajtul restaurant at Blk 304 Ubi Ave 1 to buy two pieces of prata and a tea for takeaway.

“When I reached my office, I opened the pack and started eating it.

“Halfway eating it, I thought it was part of the spice but at closer look, I was shocked to see that it was a small black dead cockroach in the prata.

“I've also informed NEA as this may lead to food poisoning.

“To everyone, always check first as this can happen anytime anywhere.

“Last time it was Indian rojak, now this?”

Yup this has always been prevalent and even today some of them still want to perpetuate this. That's why more ppl need to take action. That's why when i post it's racist to complain that your prata has roaches or shit in them this gets ppl thinking. They'll say to themselves hey these kelings are filthy bastards yet it's the customer that gets blamed instead and they'll see how fucked up it is and not settle for shit like this.

the rule for eating roti prata is this:

step 1: b4 order, observe whether the mamak making the dough is wearing any rings or not.

step 2: if yes, pass. if no, proceed to order

reason: mamak making pratas is known to wash their bottom orifice with their hands. toilets in kopitiams are very sub-standard. so just imagine beside cockroach flavor, u might get some extra "personal" mamak's flavour to enhance his pratas :p
