Since they are selling used batteries, should have stated it on their ad. Prices are not cheap for old model batteries.
Their method of cheating customers is : For every 10-15-20 pieces of products sold, fake or refurbished will be included and u may be the unlucky one to get it. This is so because for every 10-15-20 reviews that are good or OK, there will be one negative review.
The thing about Qoo10 reviewers is that many of them post their reviews without even opening packages / test products. They do so to get one Q stamp per review which can be converted to a one dollar discount coupon.
Once reviews are posted, it cannot be edited.
