There is nothing the police can do except advise you to ownself go medical check up, file magistrate complaint, ownself hire lawyer, wait for court date. All ownself pay one.. no discount and expect to burn a hole in your wallet to get justice. The most that guy will get is probably a warning and a small fine I think. Isn't that right SPF?
