To digress a bit, I remember this grassroot leader during my partime course who excelled in memorising (almost by rote or according to him "photographic" memory) texts. is that photo really you as a baby?It is very unfortunate that innocent people, this time, Buddhists were being targeted for arson, attacks and desecration of their places of worship in Bangladesh. The bangladeshi Govt has acknowledged that it is the first time that the Buddhist, always a peaceful minority and in harmony with Muslims were subjected to such blatant attacks.
The authorities blamed these attacks on Rohinyas as well as some shady opposition groups with extremist religious ideology. Surely, this is a pre-meditated attacks planned in advance. If this is true, then the sympathy for the Rohinyas whom were pesecuted in Myanmar should also be extend to the Buddhist minority in bangladesh.
There must be alway a sense of vigilance when comes to religion and inter religious relations. A single spark can cause massive problems to innocent people who have to suffer all these unncessary violence and destruction.

Instead of embracing the goodness that all religions taught, some tried to create division and distinction leading to death and destruction.
