In a sharply-worded piece touching on criticisms by Singapore founding father Lee Kuan Yew (picture) in his book “One Man’s View of the World”, Tee said the republic was fortunate he was not the prime minister of Malaysia during the time.

“I certainly would not bring the matter to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The only resolution to the dispute is war,” he wrote further.

“The world has witnessed the loss of Malay land to the ultra kiasu.

“Today, Malays are humiliated, but ‘we’ remain silent,” he added.

The political climate in Malaysia or Indonesia isn't static. It is fluid and has the potential to become extremely dangerous at a drop of a dime.

That is why it is so important for Singaporeans to give their full support for the PAP in order to send a clear signal to the surrounding countries that the country is strong, resolute and united behind its leadership and that any hostilities against Singapore will be met with an even greater show of might.

Since the issue that led to such harsh words from Ah Tee is centred on Pulau Batu Puteh (I prefer to address it as Pedra Branca), I certainly feel that the Malaysians, especially UMNO should support him and declare total war on the rocky out-crop that has been granted to Singapore, albeit a little messy for the Malaysians have gotten the other rocks that are visible at low tide and close to Pedra Branca.

Singaporeans are ready for that fight anytime.

I also call upon the Singapore Government to take Ah Tee's idea seriously and use it as a reason to attack Pulau Pisang (off Pontian), that we have been controlling for decades.
