When we spew stupidly about low birth rate, one should look back.
Did you see the pictures of the two little girls---were they in multi-racial pictures or just only chinese ? So what did the pictures tell the general populace ?
Did all the races comply with the campaign even there were penalties before them for having more babies ?
Now you must be senile to tell people we need FT citizens to fill the gap, fill what gap ?
To fill up the HDB flats and engineer a demand so HDB price remains high artificially ?
Averagely, the votes for PAP have dropped--at least 38 to 40% vote against PAP. So if Ft citizens are not meant for PAP votes , what could that be ?
Low birth rate is a political ruse.
if PAP wishes to see more locals, why the PRC ping pong sluts, why the taiwan player ?
Lower the standard of living and HDB prcie to the 70s, you will get more local babies.
FT citzens' votes and FT babies will not solve low birth rate becos there is no such problem.
I challenge PAP dogs to show datas of low birth rate--based on race proportion, show it to us !
