Apparently I am not alone in my request for K Shanmugam to step down.

The current criminal trials have revealed many disturbing investigation practices. I made at least 5 police reports into the way the police has investigated me. And the police has NEVER interviewed me further for these allegations and when my lawyer Patrick Fernandez sent letter to the Police Commissioner, they just dismissed them and said they are without basis and meritless.

I have sued police officers over their handling of my seized devices phone and laptop. My magistrate complaint was dismissed prematurely and AGC did not allow me to appeal. Subsequently I had to take up a Judicial Review but did not succeed. The issues regarding my devices remain.
Now patient witness Mr G. Tho says that the photo he took of the vial which could exonerate us is in his phone seized by the police!!!
I also informed the court that telegram messages between Mr Tho and myself which could exonerate us also suddenly disappeared!!!

That was when the trials ended.

When we open again on June 30-3 July, we will have to look into all of this.
In the meantime, here is a petition I wrote to ask K Shanmugam to resign. Since then the police has a new commissioner, but Shanmugam is still Minister of Home Affairs, a very important position that Must and should safeguard investigation procedures and protocols.

It is my view that such protocols have been gravely breached and Shanmugam must step down so the system can self correct. There are more being revealed in the current trials that are not in this post and I will update and that is the basis of my request that if Singapore cares about the Rule of Law, then Shanmugam must step down.

Thank you,

Iris Koh

Only Iswaran was sacrificed so that the govt's handling of the cases of Vivian and Shanmugam would not be so closely scrutinised.

Stepped down and replaced by who? Never forget what kind of country you live in.

Iris ah Iris, wait they sue you then how?

Thanks for standing up for us little people against the garhment's reverse-transcriptase jabs.

You had the courage to do what the rest of us couldn't.

You know in France, apparently they actually passed a law that punishes anyone for speaking ill of the reverse-transcriptase jabs?

Hoong Wee Teck already retired in January this year now is some other jiak liao bi
I was once a "jiak liao bee" civil servant and know of many like me. The only difference is that I left for the private sector after a year. I was far too ambitious for a laid back life receiving money for doing nothing of real value.

It’s naive to demand a resignation.
These fuckers can only be kicked out by our votes or at least kept from office till next elections.
If majority dun agree or unwilling to do that only a revolution can remove these vile fuckers. And that is even more unlikely

He should simply change his lawyer, not the Home Affairs Minister or the Commissioner of Police.

SM Lee will decide which wrongdoer in the ruling party will be sacrificed, and who will be found not guilty.

I dunno why Shan sue Bloomberg. If he had sat quietly and ignored them, there would be no Isssues inless gomen pressured him to come clean.
Goh Chok Tong once stated that if a Cabinet Minister is defamed and chooses not to sue, the understanding is that the Minister must leave the Cabinet. I guess this must only apply when the Minister is not guilty. Otherwise, it serves only to open a can of worms.
