We also began with the roof replacement. After some research, we were lucky to find this roofing company https://saratogaroofingco.com/ I should say, I thought this kind of work couldn't be done that fast. And we paid less than expected, so we are very pleased with their job. Then came windows. Now we finally started remodeling our kitchen. Of course, the whole process is tough and long, but I hope we won't have issues and return to it in the next several years.

I remember having to deal with debris after a big kitchen and bathroom reno and didn’t realize how much waste there’d actually be until it started piling up in my driveway. My contractor included basic hauls, but during a DIY project another time, I had to book my own junk removal and it honestly cost more than expected, especially once you factor in labour and disposal charges. If you do it yourself, rates seem to shift a lot, depending on volume and what kind of junk you’ve got.
