Renaming ISEAS: Objections in Parliament to clause in Bill

WP should focus their firepower on getting CPIB to investigate the Admiralty CCC Chairman. Get CPIB to interrogate the CCC Chairman and sure to open up a can of worms involving other CCCs.

Arrogant PAP bulldozes its way thru despite reasonable request of status quo.............VTO b4 too late: enuf of their arrogance

FAP obviously have tarnish the good name of President Yusof. Imagine tying his name ISIS-Yusof Ishak... is that a mockery? The first president goodname to play second fiddle behind a what the fark is that insitute.

why cant his goodname be in front?

It is claimed that there's no difference.
If no difference, why change.
And make a big issue of it.
And of course, the rest of the flock of white sheep in parleement don't even half understand the issues.

Exactly what's the point of name dropping Yusof Ishak onto ISEAS? He's on our SGD money notes, no? Isn't that enough tribute?

Don't be fooled.....Name dropping is just to sidetrack it away from the main agenda...

The agenda is to wrestle the control from the President and pass the control to a Minister (APPOINTED BY THE PAPPIES) . Anyway, some Ministers are not mandated by the people. This is to extend their control over research publications .

As Yacaob said....READ AND HEAR THE WRITE STUFF.

The dialogue in parliament showed that the WP were disrespectful towards the late president. The Malay ministers felt so, and Minister Heng felt that the WP was insincere in their support. I wonder if we have any laws that will punish insolent people for being disrespectful to our late presidents? We can start with the WP.
