Reliable laptop battery vendor - online or retail shop

Where do you normally get your replacement laptop Lithium battery ?

I have seen a couple of online websites going for S$59 per piece, but without a physical shop or reviews I'm a bit tentative. I don't want to pay $120 for a piece when my laptop costs only $700.

Any reliable sites to recommend ? Please kindly share, thank you.

There are no reliable sites when u shop online. It's a risk u have to take.

There are sites with good reviews and vendors with high ratings but not all reviews are genuine. That one or two negative reviews out of 20 positive reviews could be from a competitor or complaint from genuine buyer.

Don't think i have come across any vendors on e-commerce sites with 100% good reviews and ratings. So u either take the risk or don't.

CMOS batteries are cheap and easily available at neighborhood shops. Lasts about 3-5 years.

Not really having problems. The laptop is less than two years old and after having fully charged the battery I left it on the shelf and used the laptop as a desktop by connecting it to the power point.

Just yesterday I installed the battery to check the power level and realized it was completely flat. After intense charging, I could only get it back to 71 percent.
