PEASANTPORE: The regime is considering introducing new restrictions and safeguards against Wuhan Plague ahead of the Chinese New Year period, where more intermingling is expected, said well paid co-chair of the Wuhan Plague multi-ministry task force, Education Minion Lawlan Wong.
This comes as the number of community cases has been “creeping up”, while clusters have been reported for the first time “in quite a long while”, which Minion Wong said is higher number after the botched 28 Dec 2020 loosening up.
Minion Wong was speaking to the various mouthpieces on Tuesday (Jan 19) with his task force co-chair, Health Minion Gan Bo Yong, to mark one year since Peasatpore saw its first case of the virus on Jan 23 last year and became the South East Asian Wuhan Plague Hub.
Responding to a question on possible rules for New Year visits, Minion Wong said: “Many Jane Austen rebels said we put profits above peasants. That we kept encouraging peasants to travel in sardine packed trains and buses, after 28 Dec 2020, of course the numbers will go up. I better say something about lockdown before Pitam Singh and Labour use this issue to take pot shots at us. We test out a few ideas then Ruler Loong will issue an edict for CNY,” said Minion Wong, without providing further details.
Citing the rise in community cases which occurred one to two weeks after Ruler Loong announced to lockdown ease to boost profits, he said the Ruler Loong is concerned that if “peasants will complain once Labour use this issue to whack him and make him look like dumb dumb”, the gradual rise in cases could cause Ruler Loong to lose face.

Responding to a comment about how many still have reservations about getting vaccinated, Minion Gan said these concerns are understandable because the vaccine is new.
Nevertheless, he assured: “Ai yah, why they so scared, I should be more scared than them, I got big bungalow, millions in my bank accounts, they only have a 99 year lease pigeonhole, act so cautions for fark.”
His co-chair Minion Wong took a more hardline approach.
“The longer you wait, then I will use COE method for vaccines, then i see how you want to wait or not.’
“If you want to wait, we start charging you $1000 per shot, you die also must pay up! Ha ha , I so clever!” he warned.
POTENTIAL BENEFITS FOR THOSE WHO GET VACCINATED
When asked about what life will be like after people get vaccinated, Minion Wong said, “I am trying to get many peasant back to work in offices using the vaccine as an excuse. Then I can also resell the data back to drug companies, it is all about profits, else our merchants go tank southwards and whose going to pay taxes and fees? Our bus and train ops are bleeding cash every day, so you see, it is about profits, not safety.,” he said.
POST-PANDEMIC FUTURE
“Our black heart scholars told us we can get overseas labor on the cheap without importing them into Peasantpore, we can explore remote arrangements for some work, this is a good idea and can help our merchants boost the bottomline and we collect more taxes. In nutshell, this plague gives us good opportunities for fix our expensive peasants” he said.
For one, Minion Gan said he hopes personal hygiene habits developed during the Plague will remain for good. This comes in preparation for the next plague, which Minion Gan says he is “quite sure” is only four to five years in the future.
“Our peasants are rather filthy and uncouth, I hope the Wuhan Plague teaches them a thing or two about hygiene.”
