PEASANTPORE: The Ministry of Propoganda is setting up a Personal Data Collection Commission (PDPC) to administer and enforce the sham Personal Data Collection Act (PDPA).
The commission, no doubt staffed by regime's fat cat cronies, will undertake propoganda and misleading programmes to help foreign merchants and the local peasants understand the new silly law.
