How to find job for elderly man age around 60, looking for one for my dad.​

My dad recently found a job working as a cleaner at one of the top uni. However, a few weeks into his job he was fired as he was told he is not able to take MC in the first 3 months (idk why is there such clause when the work are for aged people). So now I am wondering is there a platform where I can help him find a job that dont require a high educational qualification? I'm so stressed out over all this.
