I had been saying this all along that every HDB fruits retail shops is always manned by Malaysian. Some the multiple outlets are under one boss. How can the boss apply so many works pass and achieve the quotas?

It is noteworthy to add, many Indian Muslim Prata shops are always manned by mainland indian. (Eg- kns restaurant and shops). Lets be honest, when is the last time when you purchase a prata from a Indian Muslim stall at kopitiam is manned by a Singaporean?
