It's almost definitely Prince Andrew. Found another email from David Stern (what's the NBA commissioner doing meeting lhl and temasek?) where he mentions PA's birthday. Timeline sort of checks out also since lhl met [Prince] Andrew in London in April 2018, before their supposed June 2018 meeting.
