We should mandate lift safety requirements for condos, but we should not pay for it.

If a condo lift is not safe, then the lift should be shut down until it is made safe at the condo owners' expense.

If condo owners cannot afford to maintain their lifts, then they should sell the condo units and downgrade.

Sick and tired of asset-wealthy condo owners getting welfare.

These will be a problem in future, stupid to build EC to cater fir the so call cant afford, lol,now asking for publuc funds for lift,lol, can they open house for public to use whatever fac they hv
