that area is super prime. BTO's at minimum go for 800-900k for 5room. imagine when you flip after MOP, its a min 1.4-1.5mil. which can put a downpayment for a new condo after the MOP.

all those social warriors on social media complaining loss of greenery, and wildlife i dont think they will cry when they get a top 20 queue number at Gillman, and can select top floor sea view corner 5 room unit...

and will immediately flip to say how good the govt is, and that it makes sense to use the prime area to build housing instead...and if u want greenery tengah or jurong got alot
