This is in a low traffic toilet at the end of the bus interchange at punggol coast. Near the passenger service office.

This guy was just standing there in the toilet suspiciously, looking at his phone, not doing any normal toilet activities like washing hand or whatever. When I went to a corner urinal to pee so he wouldn't be able to see me, he moved to a mirror at a sink that could see me and pointed his phone camera at the mirror. When I finished peeing and turned around, I saw him delete something on his phone.

I was kinda disturbed so after leaving the toilet for a while I went back in to check if he's still there. And there he was, still standing in the same spot he was in when I first saw him, not doing anything, looking at his phone.

I went and told the security and once they went in to check, he immediately walked out.

I took a video. That's all, I just wanted to tell people about it.
