I stay in landed, and I saw a guy walking past my house when he suddenly lifted up his phone to his head to take a video of my house, then turning to film my opposite neighbour’s house, then lowering his phone as he walked away. I was honestly a little scared because I was standing in my living room and might have been captured in his video, so I told my mom, and she said she’s seen a few people do this before. Has anyone experienced this too?
