Prayer requirements during work hours​

So want to ask, how do deal with colleagues with prayer requirements during work hours?

I know some companies straight out forbid prayers during work hours, or using prayers as a valid reason to avoid official duties.

For those that doesn't, how do you deal with it? have colleagues who reject meeting invites or refuses to OT bcoz it clashes with their 5 daily prayers.

Funny, I googled and realised their 1st prayer is before 7am. They gotten really pissed when I ask why are they always late more than an hr even tho their morning prayers so early, or they only choose the prayer times thats convenient for them?
