I need advice!I’m local (32m), currently dating an indonesian chinese that’s living in Batam (19f).
Somehow i feel that my gf is a whole lot richer than me. From what i know, she has a personal driver sending her to and fro work, a condo unit in batam, and even tells me that she wants to buy me the latest iphone every year.
The thing is, she told me that she only makes about ~400sgd per month at her part time job, and tells me not to worry because the bank pays out interest every 3 months.
Her spending habits sounds crazy to me too, sometimes 2k sgd per month to 5k sgd per month.
She doesn’t really tell me much about her family’s situation back at home unless I explicitly ask.
How screwed am I? Are all indo chinese this rich?
