Was at SGH trying to park and a lot of cp were full. Tried my luck at this cp and found this joker. As luck would have it, while walking out of this cp after parking, I saw a tp. Stopped him, showed him this pic and told him the location. He said he will deal w this joker and headed over to said cp.
