Hard to see motorcycle number plates on Malaysian bikes

Vehicle Discussion

I have noticed quite a few Malaysian motorcycle number plates are very difficult to see.

Some plates appear tilted, while others use very small font sizes.

I think this is very irresponsible because it makes it hard to identify these motorcycles in the event of a hit-and-run accident or other related incidents.

Don't be stoopid. They die die must come in, cannot stop them even if no plate. You stop them, factories all close. Cannot employ sinkees you know....pay cpf, siam for reservist etc Must employ these jiuhu-kias, banglas, cecas, tiongs better

As a regular driver along the BKE and PIE, I have witnessed accidents involving Malaysian-registered motorcyclists every other day. It is hardly surprising when you see them create their own passageway in between proper lanes, making it almost impossible for drivers to filter lanes. Accidents happen when drivers who try to switch lanes encounter a rider literally out of nowhere i.e. their blind spot.
