Unrelated to the recent spotlight on CECA drivers or the lack of integration to singaporean community

while sinkies in HDB have to be forced to live with racial quotas which I agree with very much btw, private condos are left unchecked and can form villages.

Just thought it would be interesting to compile a list of private condos that go against the basic ethos of having too many of the same demographics in an enclave.. And I pity some of the sinkie owners who witness a huge shift in their demographics overtime.

this can help prospective buyers but I guess it would be obvious enough when they view the units.

I can start with some off my mind

1. Rivergate - 50% PRCs?
2. Regent Heights -80% CECAs
