Asking on advice on behalf of singaporean relative now living in UK. He wants to reconcile with his estranged brother in Singapore now during CNY after their sister passed on.​


Can anyone give advice how he can do it? What would you do if you were in his place?

He also cannot remember why he fell out with his brother also
