Serious Record Credit Card Debt to Crash soon!

So annual card fee will be permanently waived? :unsure:
 
All the fees will be waved then.
I am using netspend credit cards and don't believe that something will happen to the debts honestly.
Of course i can address their customer service here and see what they think about the rumors, but i don't think it makes much sense.
