sounds like high volume, better get your own server and host it at the data centre. you can try this, high premium, big banks are using them http://www.equinix.sg/

but company is previously ISTT, ST telco arm, now renamed equinix. a lot of cronies type of working enironment.

That's not high volume. Even this little forum has more than 50,000 page views per DAY.

100,000 per month is 3333 page views per day. All you need is shared hosting.

Any web designer companies can do it for you. looking at about >$200 a year cost, not including maintain backend SQL function.

This forum runs on two dedicated servers.. one of which is for the database. The amount of RAM required is pretty much determined by trial and error based on traffic patterns. It has to sized to deal with peak hour traffic.
