I want to buy one for an old couple in my neighborhood. The one who needs the wheelchair is the wife, so that the husband can have the option of pushing the chair when they go out together.

Pioneer only cannot.
They are for losers and some pg are billionaire like hc

For blue Chas losers there are 2 methods of application

1. When elderly is warded, the application is done by the occupational theraphist and is almost immediate approval.
I applied many leehab items for my old folk at 90% subsidizes.

2. When elderly is at home, application thru AIC and will take much more time for approvals.
